How Laval Began
Laval was born out of our founder's deeply personal journey of survival. After a life-threatening accident left her hospitalized for 120 days, the heavy medications and steroids required to save her life took a severe toll on her skin. When doctors and well-wishers suggested aggressive chemical treatments to "fix" the external damage, our founder's answer was a firm no. Her body had already endured enough synthetic chemicals. This sparked a search for skincare that was honest, pure, and easy to understand.
She created Laval to bridge that exact gap—taking the healing properties of true botanicals and pairing them with clean, modern science. Every product is a reflection of her original promise: to deliver safe, effective, and transparent skincare that respects your body.
